We sell brand-new, physical books sourced from authorized third-party distributors and shipped directly to customers within the United States.

Acceptance of Terms

You may browse our Site without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your information for faster checkout, and view your order history.

Products and Pricing
All books on vendlyz.com are brand-new physical editions sourced from authorized distributors in the United States. We do not sell used, counterfeit, or unauthorized copies.
We work hard to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors can occasionally occur. Book covers, editions, and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown on the Site β publishers sometimes update designs between printings, and the edition you receive may look different while containing identical content.
Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice. A price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. If we discover a pricing error on an order that has not yet shipped, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to proceed at the corrected price or receive a full refund.
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason β including stock availability, pricing errors, or concerns about order legitimacy.

We do not store your credit card or payment details. All financial transactions are handled by our third-party payment processors under their own security standards.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing contact@vendlyz.com with your order number. After the 12-hour window, your order may have already entered processing, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If the order has shipped, our standard return process applies. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the contiguous United States only (lower 48 states). Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are not available.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unread, and in original condition. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and approve the return. We do not charge restocking fees.

Intellectual Property
All original content on vendlyz.com β including our logo, page designs, editorial text, and graphics created by Vendlyz β is the property of Vigorish LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Book titles, cover artwork, author names, and publisher logos displayed on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of identifying the products we sell. Their presence on our Site does not imply any endorsement of or affiliation with Vendlyz.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Site without our prior written consent.
License to Use the Site
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use vendlyz.com for personal, non-commercial purposes β meaning you can browse, shop, and interact with the Site as an individual customer.
