Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Vendlyz for your next read. We know that once you order a book, you want it in your hands as soon as possible. This page walks you through everything related to shipping β how long it takes, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way.
Where We Ship
Vendlyz ships to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We are currently unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.
If we receive an order with an address outside our delivery area, we will contact you and process a full refund.
Processing Your Order
Our team reviews and prepares orders within 2 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours (8:00 AM β 6:00 PM Pacific Time). Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.
We have a daily cut-off time of 4:00 PM PT. Any order placed after 4:00 PM PT will be treated as if it were received the next business day, which may shift your delivery estimate by one day.
If we experience higher-than-usual order volume β for instance, around holidays or special promotions β processing may take slightly longer. In that case, we will let you know by email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday). When combined with processing, you can expect most orders to arrive within 7 to 11 business days from the date of purchase.
These are estimates based on standard conditions. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier schedules, and other factors we cannot predict. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
Shipping Partners
We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS to get your books to you. The carrier for your order is selected based on package weight, destination, and availability. We are not able to fulfill requests for a particular carrier at this time.
Shipping Rates
We keep it simple:
Orders totaling $99.00 or more β free standard shipping. Orders under $99.00 β a flat rate of $7.99 applies.
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order, so you always see the full cost upfront. There are no hidden charges. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to a change of mind.
We do not add any processing fees, handling surcharges, or additional costs at checkout beyond the product price, shipping fee, and applicable sales tax. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
How Shipping Fees Are Determined
Our flat-rate model means the fee stays the same regardless of weight or how many books you order. If your cart hits the $99 threshold, the shipping fee is automatically removed at checkout. No promo code needed.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our Order Tracking page or through the carrier’s website. Tracking updates may take up to 24β48 hours to appear in the system after the shipping label is created β this is normal.
If your tracking has not moved for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will look into it.
Sales Tax
Where applicable, sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout. The amount is based on your shipping address and the tax regulations of that state and locality. You will see the exact figure before completing your purchase.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once an order enters processing, we may not be able to modify the delivery address. If you spot a mistake, reach out to us right away β we will do what we can, but changes are not guaranteed once the order is being prepared.
Vendlyz is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Books deserve to arrive in good condition. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Once we confirm the situation, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund β your choice. Our goal is to resolve shipping problems within 5 to 7 business days from the moment you reach out.
Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items
On occasion, a title may be temporarily out of stock at our distribution partner. If this affects your order, we will notify you by email with an estimated restock date. You are welcome to wait for the item or cancel it for a full refund β whichever works best for you. Partial cancellations will not affect the rest of your order.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery windows, certain situations are outside our control β severe weather, natural disasters, carrier service disruptions, or unusually high shipping volume during peak seasons. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these circumstances, but we will do our best to keep you informed and help resolve any concerns.
