  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 06:00 PM (CT) are queued for processing the same day. Orders received after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 2 – 4 business days for your order to be prepared and handed over to the carrier.

 

2. Transit Timelines

We utilize trusted carriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) to navigate the journey to your home.

  • Standard Transit: Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 6 – 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Delivery Estimate: Combining processing and transit times, most readers receive their packages within 8 to 12 business days.
  • Remote Locations: Please note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time due to distance.
